Project Manager – HDB & Residential Construction

About the role

Our client, a leading A1 main contractor in Singapore, is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead end‑to‑end delivery of HDB BTO and residential building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery from planning through completion, meeting safety, quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve milestones.
• Develop and monitor schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, contracts and regulatory standards.
• Control budgets, variations and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation measures and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in building construction.
• Proven track record of managing projects from planning to completion.
• Experience with HDB BTO, public housing or large‑scale residential projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, scheduling and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
