Project Manager – ICT & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex ICT and digital transformation programmes in large enterprise or public‑sector environments. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to post‑implementation support, while collaborating with business, technical and vendor teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end ICT projects, covering requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and sponsors to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor scope, timelines, risks and deliverables, ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards.
• Support digital governance initiatives, project reporting and continuous process improvement.
• Facilitate project meetings, track milestones and align outcomes with organisational objectives.
• Apply appropriate SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) to deliver technology solutions efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery or related roles, preferably in large enterprises or the public sector.
• Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles from inception to post‑implementation.
• Hands‑on experience in application development using Java, JavaScript, Angular and SQL.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
• Experience with government digital services or Singapore‑wide IT frameworks is an advantage.
