Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead digital marketing campaigns, ensuring successful client onboarding, delivery within budget, and high stakeholder satisfaction. This role involves coordinating across vendors and internal teams to drive end‑to‑end project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client onboarding, SWOT analysis, and gap assessment during project conception.
• Plan with the team, organize and motivate across different vendors.
• Oversee and monitor all campaign progress activities according to timelines.
• Engage senior stakeholders to discuss and address project issues and risks.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery including requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain documentation of client requests, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and ensure timely responses to client enquiries.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Marketing Communication.
• Pro‑active, hardworking, meticulous and results‑oriented with strong analytical and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex concepts into actionable data.
• Ability to work in agile environments and solve problems resourcefully.
