Project Manager (Warehouse Automation)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation of warehouse automation solutions across Southeast Asia. The role will act as the primary interface between customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery from hand‑over to go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans and delivery schedules, driving achievement of key milestones.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation from project hand‑over to system go‑live.
• Coordinate and align multiple stakeholders, including solution vendors, local installation partners, service partners and internal business teams.
• Identify and manage key project stakeholders, aligning scope, schedule and delivery objectives.
• Act as the primary customer interface during implementation, organizing project and onsite meetings.
• Identify and manage implementation risks, coordinate resources to resolve bottlenecks and drive change‑request processes.
• Track equipment and service delivery status, support testing, acceptance and go‑live preparation, and ensure smooth transition into the operational phase.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project implementation or delivery management, preferably in multi‑vendor environments.
• Background in system integration, smart automation, logistics or IT implementation is a plus.
• Strong project execution capability with effective cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Stakeholder‑management mindset and solid customer communication experience.
• Ability to work in complex project environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of smart manufacturing, automation or warehousing solutions is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required.
