Public Relations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Public Relations Executive to join our PR & Communications team. The role focuses on developing and executing communication strategies that strengthen community bonds and encourage resident participation across the towns we manage.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Publicity and Community Relations Committee (PCRC).
• Draft content and produce videos for social media platforms.
• Manage website design and content updates.
• Assist in curating, copywriting, and delivering publications such as the Annual Report, newsletters, and the 5‑Year Masterplan.
• Prepare print media content, including notices, advisories, and posters.
• Monitor and track news stories across all media channels.
• Handle media enquiries and respond to feedback providers.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mass Communications, Digital Media Production, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong command of written and spoken English with good copywriting skills.
• Fluency in a second language.
• Knowledge of sustainability and green practices is a plus.
• Team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and editing software such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and iMovie.
• Experience in photography and videography.
• Understanding of SEO/SEM, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
• Awareness of current social media trends and affairs.
