Purchase & Inventory Executive

About the role

The Purchase & Inventory Executive will plan and coordinate procurement, inventory and warehouse activities for Leviat’s Singapore operations. You will ensure timely delivery of goods, maintain accurate records in SAP B1 and support smooth logistics to meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders, monitor deliveries and coordinate with suppliers and sub‑contractors to meet timelines.
• Arrange local and overseas logistics, manage warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies and consolidate shipments to improve cost efficiency.
• Handle claims for defective, short or missing items and prepare procurement reports as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related field.
• Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics or inventory coordination.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain accurate documentation.
