Purchaser – Aviation Procurement

About the role

Jet Aviation is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Purchaser to support its fast‑paced aviation procurement operations in Singapore. You will coordinate the acquisition of a wide range of materials, equipment and services, working closely with both suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality, cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, parts, components, tools and equipment from approved suppliers in compliance with aviation regulations.
• Identify, evaluate and propose new local and international suppliers for inclusion in the approved supplier list.
• Expedite parts, services and materials according to operational urgency while respecting company policies and contracts.
• Purchase aircraft consumables to support inventory replenishment and operational readiness.
• Manage and process invoices and pre‑invoices related to work orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement activities.
• Support accurate record‑keeping and reporting of procurement activities as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification with relevant vocational training or technical apprenticeship.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
