Purchasing Intern – Procurement & Supply Chain

About the role

Join Bosch Energy and Building Solutions in Singapore as a Purchasing Intern. You will gain hands‑on experience in procurement, supply‑chain management, and inventory control while supporting a dynamic purchasing team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and issuing goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and expedite purchase orders and related documentation.
• Help obtain quotations, support supplier negotiations, and contribute to sourcing activities.
• Create inventory reports and monitor stock levels.
• Collaborate on team projects and perform other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
• Previous experience or project work related to purchasing or technical fields is a plus.
