QA Analyst – Training Provided, ISO Audit & Quality Assurance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated QA Analyst to join our team in Singapore. This is an entry‑level position with full training, focusing on ISO audits, quality assurance and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and support process‑improvement initiatives and quality projects.
• Plan, facilitate and execute internal, customer, supplier and certification audits.
• Ensure corrective actions are robust, sustainable and maintain required certifications.
• Collect and analyse data from audits, feedback and process evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments, customers, suppliers and external regulatory bodies.
• Train employees on continuous‑improvement techniques and the quality management system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• AWS (basic familiarity acceptable).
