QA Engineer – Oil & Gas (Gul Circle)

About the role

We are seeking a QA Engineer specialized in Oil & Gas to support gauge‑room activities and manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Set gauges and prepare/issue inspection sheets and gauging procedures.
• Perform incoming checks and verification of raw materials, customer‑supplied materials, subcontractor operations and instruments.
• Conduct final inspections of finished parts, routers, documentation and inspection sheets to meet licensor and customer requirements.
• Carry out scheduled daily phosphate titration tests and monthly coupon tests.
• Verify threading inserts.
• Raise non‑conformance and incident reports for any discrepancies.
• Conduct internal process audits.
• Maintain the integrity of the gauge room.

Required profile

• Industrial Quality Training certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in an OCTG production environment.
• Ability to work near Gul Circle MRT.
