QA Inspector – UV Inspection & Packaging

About the role

Join NTS Singapore as a QA Inspector focused on UV inspection and packaging of precision parts. You will work in a cleanroom environment ensuring products meet strict cleanliness and visual quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare parts according to customer specifications using approved tools and PPE.
• Perform detailed visual and UV inspections to detect particles, stains, scratches and other defects.
• Handle contamination‑sensitive parts carefully to avoid damage.
• Pack inspected parts following approved methods, verifying part numbers, serial numbers and labels.
• Maintain cleanroom and ESD practices and record inspection results for traceability.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; experience in QA/QC, cleanroom operations or inspection is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow customer work instructions and cleanliness criteria.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to report non‑conformances promptly.
