QC Analytical Support Officer

About the role

No Deviation, a consultancy firm offering engineering, commissioning qualification validation (CQV) and quality, compliance and regulatory services, is looking for a QC Laboratory Associate to join its Quality Control department in Singapore. The role supports the day-to-day management of laboratory equipment, ensures documentation meets GMP and data integrity standards and contributes to continuous improvement. It suits early-career candidates, including fresh graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Support routine calibration, maintenance and qualification of laboratory instruments, maintain equipment logbooks and coordinate servicing and vendor maintenance.
• Ensure laboratory documentation is accurate and timely, and help prepare and revise SOPs, forms and records.
• Support investigations, deviations, CAPA and change control when required, and comply with GMP, data integrity, EHS and company quality requirements.
• Take part in audits and inspection readiness, and support process improvement and best-practice initiatives in the QC department.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Science or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant laboratory or QC experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of GMP and laboratory quality/documentation practices preferred.
• Good attention to detail, ability to work in a team and follow structured procedures, and willingness to learn in a regulated environment.
