QC Technician – Quality Control

About the role

The QC Technician supports Vitablend's local quality control function in Singapore. You will handle sample preparation, conduct physical and appearance checks, and coordinate with external laboratories to ensure raw materials and finished goods meet food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, label, prepare and organise raw material and finished‑goods samples for QC checks and external testing.
• Perform physical inspections, sieve analysis, powder mixing/dissolution and solubility/appearance checks.
• Document observations in QC checklists, include photos or comparison samples, and escalate abnormal findings.
• Send samples to external labs, follow up on results, and compile test data for release decisions.
• Assist in COA preparation, result entry and maintain accurate QC records and trackers.
• Execute tasks in line with SOPs, FSSC 22000, GMP, hygiene and contamination‑prevention practices.

Required profile

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and food‑safety guidelines.
• Basic food‑safety awareness when handling samples and laboratory equipment.

• COA (Certificate of Analysis) preparation.
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000 and GMP requirements.
