Quality Assurance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to lead our food safety and quality management efforts across the organization and its subsidiaries. Reporting to the QA Manager, you will ensure that all products meet the highest standards before reaching the market.

Key responsibilities

• Control and maintain documentation such as FSSC 2200, HACCP, SFA and other safety‑related records.
• Conduct in‑process and hygiene inspections and prepare findings reports.
• Perform QC tests on raw materials and finished products to verify compliance with defined criteria.
• Participate in QA and product development activities to ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Support internal and external audits, working closely with auditors.
• Deliver regular internal training sessions.
• Assist with market research and food product development studies.
• Help set up, monitor and review GMP programmes.
• Execute assigned tasks to achieve company and department objectives.
• Handle ad‑hoc duties as directed by the line manager.

Required profile

• Diploma in Food Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Understanding of GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC, SFA regulations, food microbiology and food safety management.
• Experience drafting SOPs, operating guides, training material and inspection reports.
• Completion of WSQ Basic Food Hygiene course.
• Ability to work in a bilingual environment (English & Mandarin) is advantageous.
• Open to candidates without prior experience; training will be provided.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Knowledge of GMP principles.
• Familiarity with ISO 22000 standards.
• Understanding of FSSC and SFA food safety frameworks.
• Basic food microbiology knowledge.
• WSQ Basic Food Hygiene certification.
