Quality Engineer – QAQC / QMS / Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to drive supplier management, quality assurance, and compliance across our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure material quality and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding, selection, audits, and quality agreements.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support new supplier and material qualification, ensuring documentation completeness.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and manufacturing on material quality issues.
• Address material failures, initiate corrective actions via the SCAR system, and implement inspection standards.
• Lead CAPA closure, non‑conformance investigations, and customer complaint handling.
• Chair Material Review Board (MRB) meetings and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 documentation and prepare for audits.
• Plan and conduct internal/external audits and develop action plans for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in audit handling and ISO documentation within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of supplier management and quality standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 22301).
• Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, Gage R&R, 8D and 5W problem‑solving methods.
