Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Anderco is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning and control throughout the project lifecycle, from tender submission to final account. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and in line with contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate tender submissions, cost estimates and project budgets.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documentation and contracts.
• Conduct cost analysis, monitor material and labour costs and ensure adherence to budget.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on contractual and cost‑related matters.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, contract law and cost management.
• Good analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with quantity surveying software.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
