Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor

About the role

Fuku is hiring a full-time Quantity Surveyor based in Tai Seng, Singapore, working on main contractor projects. The role covers cost control, tender preparation and progress claims, with a salary range of $3,500 to $6,000.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations and tenders
• Prepare and submit progress claims
• Handle variation orders and cost evaluations
• Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims
• Monitor project costs and keep proper cost records
• Assist with contract administration and commercial matters
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Carry out other QS-related duties as required

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• A&A project experience required
• Main contractor experience preferred
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Required skills

• Knowledge of construction contracts, costing and measurement
• Cost estimation and tender preparation
