Quantity Surveyor – Up to $5,500 + Allowances – Boon Lay

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our façade and curtain‑wall engineering team in Boon Lay. The role involves managing contracts, controlling costs and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse contractual scope and conditions of project contracts.
• Review commercial aspects with the Project Manager and source subcontractors for approval.
• Monitor project costs, prepare payment applications and variation quotations.
• Evaluate progress payments, certify completed works and manage contract variations.
• Prepare quantity measurements, subcontractor agreements and final accounts.
• Assist in monthly budget reporting and project close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in contract management, quantity surveying and construction project administration.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control and commercial management.
• Effective communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
