R&D Scientist Intern (Bachelor's/Master's Students)

About the role

P&G offers a Scientist Internship in Singapore for current students who want to use and grow their understanding of science and engineering through hands-on experimentation and real-life technical problem solving. The intern develops proficiency in standardized experimentation and data analysis while working on real technical problems that address innovation challenges and meet key milestones. Internship roles cover formulation, product research, product design and development, technology development, microbiology/biosciences, analytical and measurement sciences, process and packaging development, regulatory affairs, design, modeling and simulation, and engineering, automation and robotics.

Required profile

• Student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Materials Sciences and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, IT or a related field, graduating in or between January 2027 and July 2028.
• Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship starting in January 2027.
• Strong ownership and self-leadership, effective oral and written communication, ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills using data.
