R&D Scientist Intern (PhD Students)

About the role

P&G offers a full-time, 6-month R&D Scientist Internship in Singapore for PhD students. The internship lets you guide and influence technical project direction and solve significant technical problems through hands-on experimentation and real-life technical problem solving, contributing to new or improved products, processes, materials, consumer insights or methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Work on real-life technical problems to deliver technical outputs that address critical innovation challenges and complete key milestones.
• Contribute to advances in science, technology, engineering and/or capability across the internship areas listed below.

Available internship areas

• Formulation, Product Research, Product Design/Development, Technology Development
• Microbiology/Biosciences, Analytical & Measurement, Process Development, Packaging Development
• Modeling & Simulation, Regulatory & Human Safety, IT/Data Analytics, Data Science/Data Engineering

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a PhD in Science, Engineering or IT-related fields.
• Student graduating between January 2027 and July 2028.
• Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship starting in January 2027.
• Strong ownership and self-leadership, effective oral and written communication, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent problem-solving skills using data.
