Rebar Supervisor

About the role

The Rebar Supervisor will lead reinforcement works on construction sites across Singapore, ensuring that all rebar installation complies with design specifications and safety standards. This role involves coordinating with engineers and construction teams to schedule work efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety. The supervisor will also maintain detailed progress records and provide regular reports to project management, ensuring transparency and timely decision‑making. Additionally, the role includes mentoring rebar crews to enhance productivity and workmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of reinforcement bars according to engineering drawings and project requirements.
• Inspect rebar placement and tying to ensure structural integrity and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams to schedule and sequence reinforcement works efficiently.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations during reinforcement activities to maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify and resolve issues related to reinforcement works promptly to avoid project delays.
• Maintain accurate records of reinforcement work progress and report to project management.
• Train and guide rebar workers to improve workmanship and productivity.
