Receptionist – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role
We are seeking a professional, well‑presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, lawyers and visitors at our Singapore office. The role is a six‑month fixed‑term position within a leading international law firm, requiring discretion, confidentiality and a client‑focused attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and greet visitors with professionalism.
- Answer, screen and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and coordinate deliveries.
- Arrange hotel, transportation and meeting‑room bookings for clients and staff.
- Prepare and serve beverages for senior management and guests.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and support the admin team during low front‑desk activity.
- Support firm events by setting up tables, glassware and utensils.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Professional appearance and pleasant disposition.
- Experience in a reception or similar administrative role is an advantage.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and ability to work as part of a team.
