About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Executive and Personal Assistant to support a high‑net‑worth principal at a leading Singapore‑based investment firm. The role combines corporate and personal responsibilities, offering exposure to senior stakeholders across the firm’s Asia‑wide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the principal’s full calendar, scheduling corporate and personal meetings.
• Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including private travel, research of exclusive venues, and expense reporting.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the principal’s personal line, handling communications with VIPs and stakeholders professionally.
• Oversee lifestyle needs, personal errands, and large‑scale event planning.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects and ensure seamless execution of both routine and high‑profile tasks.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational prowess, and the ability to create structure.
• Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, resilient, and able to adapt quickly to unfamiliar situations.
