Recruiter – Jurong East (5‑day week)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our team in Jurong East. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines, and support onboarding for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Develop and maintain an effective candidate pipeline using job portals, staff referrals, social media and recruitment vendors.
• Post vacancies on multiple platforms and coordinate recruitment events.
• Conduct reference checks and maintain manpower/headcount and recruitment status reports.
• Support new‑staff onboarding activities such as issuing staff passes, access cards and uniforms.
• Perform ad‑hoc recruitment administration tasks and assist HR & Operations projects.

Required profile

• Minimum education: GCE O‑Level.
• At least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience (preferred).
• Singapore citizenship (Singaporeans only).
