Recruiter – Quantitative Finance & Capital Markets Tech (Asia)

About the role

AEJ Consulting is seeking a high‑performing Recruiter to specialise in Quantitative Finance and Capital Markets Technology across Asia. This delivery‑focused position works with Tier‑1 banks, hedge funds and trading firms, handling end‑to‑end recruitment for quant trading, algo development, risk technology and market data platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruitment across Singapore, Hong Kong and the wider APAC region.
• Partner with senior stakeholders in Tier‑1 banks, hedge funds and trading firms to understand hiring needs.
• Source and assess top talent in quantitative finance, algorithmic trading and technology disciplines.
• Manage interview processes, offers and placements from start to finish.
• Provide market insights and benchmarking data to clients.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of agency recruitment experience in financial services, quantitative finance or capital‑markets technology.
• Proven track record of high‑quality placements.
• Strong interest in quantitative finance, algorithmic trading and data‑driven roles.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Singapore citizenship or permanent residency preferred.
