About the role

Taptap Send is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to lead hiring across South East Asia. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with senior hiring managers to attract top talent for a fast‑growing fintech focused on cross‑border payments.

Key responsibilities

• Own hiring outcomes across South East Asia, acting as the primary recruiting partner for the region.
• Build deep, trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and influence role design, prioritisation, and hiring decisions.
• Represent recruiting in regional workforce planning and headcount discussions.
• Conduct end‑to‑end searches for Engineering, Product and other functions, designing sourcing strategies that combine outbound headhunting with inbound talent pipelines.
• Maintain a fast hiring pace while upholding a high quality bar and ensuring timely progression of roles.

Required profile

• Experience as a recruiter, preferably covering South East Asian markets.
• Strong market knowledge of the region and ability to travel across SEA to meet stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in an in‑office environment in Singapore.
• Proven ability to partner with senior hiring managers and influence hiring strategy.
