About the role
We are looking for an energetic Recruiter to join our temporary team in Singapore. You will act as a bridge between job seekers and employers, ensuring the right talent is matched with the right opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable applicants.
- Verify references, work history, and academic credentials.
- Coordinate final interviews, manage placement logistics, and negotiate job offers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with EFMA and CEI frameworks is preferred.
- Ability to maintain and grow your own client base without losing existing customers.
- Motivated by a high‑commission, performance‑based compensation structure.
