Recruitment Associate – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and sales‑driven Recruitment Associate who wants to build a career in the recruitment industry. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from understanding client hiring needs to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and final placement.
• Understand client hiring requirements and deliver suitable recruitment solutions that match their needs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Hold a diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Possess relevant experience in recruitment, sales or business development, which will be considered an advantage.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in the recruitment industry and a willingness to learn.
• Be proactive, resilient and highly motivated to achieve results.
