Recruitment Consultant (360° Recruiter)

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant you will act as a 360‑degree recruiter, overseeing the full hiring cycle from initial brief to successful placement and post‑placement support. The role blends business development, client management and candidate care, offering a fast‑paced environment for those who are commercially minded and relationship‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment assignments, from intake to placement.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients.
• Convert prospects into long‑term clients through proactive relationship building.
• Gather structured feedback from clients after each placement.
• Build and maintain high‑quality talent pools.
• Support candidates through interview preparation, offer management and post‑placement engagement.
• Continuously deepen market expertise and become a trusted advisor in your vertical.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, sales, business development or related customer‑facing roles.
• Previous exposure to agency recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commercially minded with a customer‑focused approach.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and results‑driven.
• Creative thinker who can challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions.
