Recruitment Consultant – Engineering & Executive Leadership

About the role

We are expanding our team and seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering practice and Executive Leadership recruitment division. You will partner directly with business leaders, advise clients on talent strategy, and build relationships with high‑calibre professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Business Development: Build relationships with decision‑makers, uncover hiring needs and generate new business while strengthening existing partnerships.
• Executive Search & Talent Mapping: Identify, engage and attract senior talent through proactive headhunting and market networking.
• End‑to‑End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from client briefing to candidate assessment, offer management and placement.
• Market Intelligence: Advise clients on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, competitor movements and talent availability.
• Relationship Building: Develop a strong network of industry professionals and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Commercially driven with a growth mindset.
• Experience in recruitment, business development, sales, account management or other client‑facing roles is highly advantageous.
• Resilient, ambitious and motivated by performance targets.
