Recruitment Consultant – Global Markets

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant specialised in global markets, you will identify and secure top‑tier candidates for highly specialised roles such as Sales & Trading, Wealth Structuring, and Investment Research. You will leverage market insights and a consultative approach to drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively build and manage a client base by pitching services and delivering tailored talent solutions.
• Source and engage mid‑ to senior‑level candidates, becoming a subject‑matter expert in the global markets recruitment space.
• Coordinate interview processes, manage feedback loops, and ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.
• Lead offer negotiations and guide both parties to secure successful, long‑term placements.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in agency recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition within a consulting environment.
• Familiarity with banking, financial services, global markets, or financial institutions, especially Sales & Trading and/or FICC recruitment.
• Knowledge of G7 currencies and global foreign exchange markets.
• Strong work ethic, resilience, and drive with a proactive, coachable, and adaptable attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment and work both autonomously and in teams.
