Recruitment Consultant

About the role

The Recruitment Consultant will drive business development and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, connecting clients with the right talent while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business development activities to expand the client base.
• Monitor and fulfill client job orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to achieve high retention.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, providing professional advice to all parties.
• Source and secure new clients and job positions actively.
• Service existing client accounts to meet their operational needs.
• Engage in data mining and market research to identify new leads and trends.
• Meet agreed KPIs and sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
• Result‑ and sales‑driven mindset.
• Self‑motivated team player.
• Good command of English and additional languages.
• Ability to work independently.
