Recruitment Consultant – Remote (5-7 yrs experience)

About the role

PeopleLAKE Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its team on a work‑from‑home basis. You will operate in a full‑cycle (360°) capacity, handling both client acquisition and candidate placement for a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source, screen and qualify candidates for open positions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their hiring needs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
• Ensure client expectations are met and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in a 360° recruitment role.
• Proven track record in business development and candidate sourcing.
• Certified Recruiter with a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and passionate about matching talent with opportunities.
• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident (no work‑permit sponsorship).
