Recruitment Consultant – Singapore

About the role

Talent Merge is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to manage end‑to‑end hiring mandates in Singapore. You will act as the bridge between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, culture and role specifications.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, providing market insights and salary benchmarking.
• Source qualified candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through interview preparation, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage the recruitment process in ATS platforms.

Required profile

• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with capacity to handle multiple roles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in recruitment or a client‑facing role is advantageous.
• CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
