Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Recruitment Specialists. In this position you will partner with both clients and candidates to deliver effective hiring solutions while building long‑term professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job qualification to onboarding support.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, organisational goals and role requirements.
• Source and engage suitable candidates through job portals, networking, referrals and internal databases.
• Conduct interviews to assess experience, skills, motivations and career aspirations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through professional communication.
• Provide market insights such as salary benchmarks, hiring trends and talent availability.
• Identify opportunities to develop new business relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Keep accurate records of recruitment activities in internal systems.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in recruitment, sales, business development, account management or customer‑facing roles is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Comfortable in a performance‑driven environment with clear goals and targets.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and develop industry knowledge.
