Regional Collections Commercial Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven professional to accelerate the growth of Coface’s Debt Collection business across Asia. Based in Singapore, you will work with clients, brokers, insurers, financial institutions and multinational companies throughout the region to develop new opportunities and expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth for Coface’s Debt Collection solutions across Asia.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.
• Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, financial institutions, credit insurers, multinational corporations and strategic partners.
• Lead client presentations, commercial negotiations and proposal development.
• Partner closely with country teams to identify local market opportunities and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or account management within financial services, trade credit, insurance, banking, risk management or debt collection.
• Strong track record of winning and growing business relationships.
• Experience working with brokers, insurers, financial institutions or multinational corporate clients.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior decision‑makers across different cultures and markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a regional and matrix environment.
• Fluent English communication skills; Mandarin capability is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
