Regional Data Centre Technical Compliance Manager

About the role

The Regional Data Centre Technical Compliance Manager will join the Service Assurance team of Group Data Centre Operations (GDCO). Based in Singapore, you will oversee compliance and performance across data centres in Southeast and Northeast Asia, driving continuous improvement, audit programmes and automation of operational reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct internal audits for ISO 27001, ISO 20000‑1, ISO 22301 and ISO 50001, prepare reports and follow‑up on findings.
• Coordinate external audits with certification bodies to achieve and maintain the same ISO certifications.
• Monitor incident and change management processes to improve key KPIs.
• Review physical security controls and enhance the overall security posture of sites.
• Support the setup and maintenance of ISMS, BCMS and SMS management systems.
• Document operational policies, processes, manuals and SOPs for regional alignment.
• Drive automation of processes and performance reporting using appropriate IT tools.
• Provide training and coaching on audit requirements to data‑centre teams.
• Participate in service‑assurance projects and any other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a data‑centre environment.
• Hands‑on experience with data‑centre operations, M&E facilities and security operations.
• ISO Lead/Internal Auditor certification for ISO 27001, ISO 20000‑1, ISO 22301 or ISO 50001.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; bilingual in English and an additional Southeast Asian language is preferred.
