Regional Digital Marketing Executive – APAC

About the role

The Regional Digital Marketing Executive will partner with the Regional Digital Marketing Director to drive performance marketing excellence across Shiseido’s key categories in APAC. You will manage e‑commerce campaigns on pure‑player platforms, oversee search initiatives, and help build digital capability across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, optimise and evaluate regional e‑commerce campaigns on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Lead holistic search (SEO, GEO, SEM) to boost traffic and conversion on brand.com and partner sites.
• Assist in creating regional best‑practice playbooks, benchmarking strategies and ensuring adoption of global standards.
• Prepare and present regional performance reports using data from multiple sources and owned platforms.
• Manage regional marketing tools, including social media governance, website analytics, influencer platforms and consumer insight tools.
• Support agency management, scorecard tracking and relationships with key media publishers (Meta, Google, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee).
• Provide training, consultations and facilitate best‑practice sharing with local markets.

Required profile

• Degree from a recognised university.
• 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in performance marketing, retail media or analytics.
• Analytical, initiative‑taking, curious, collaborative, passionate and communicative.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Website analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console).
• Marketing analytics on Shopee and Lazada platforms.
• Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads analytics.
