Regional HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead HR strategy and operations across multiple Asia‑Pacific offices. You will partner with senior leadership to align people initiatives with business goals, drive talent management, and support organisational change.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional HR strategies, workforce planning, talent and succession planning.
• Lead HR implementation projects such as HRIS roll‑outs, process standardisation and digital transformation.
• Design and enforce HR policies, frameworks and best practices across all countries.
• Manage change initiatives arising from growth, restructuring, mergers or acquisitions, including communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with business leaders and country HR teams on employee relations and culture building.
• Drive regional learning and development programmes, leadership development and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, monitor legislative updates and oversee HR audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 7‑10 years progressive HR experience with regional exposure, preferably in an MNC undergoing transformation.
• Proven track record leading HRIS, process transformation or shared‑services projects.
• Strong change‑management and organisational‑development expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and project‑management skills.
• Strategic, commercially‑minded and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
