Regional HR Senior Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to join the regional leadership team in Singapore. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, you will shape the people strategy across Singapore and selected export markets, partnering closely with business unit heads.

Key responsibilities

• Translate organisational priorities into workforce strategies, including talent pipelines and succession planning.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, performance management, development, engagement and off‑boarding.
• Manage compensation processes such as salary reviews, bonus allocations, promotion exercises and benchmarking.
• Ensure employee‑relations compliance, grievance handling, payroll coordination and internal controls.
• Lead HR governance, regional manpower budgeting and employment‑law compliance.
• Drive HR transformation initiatives: HRIS optimisation, analytics, digital learning and data‑quality improvements.
• Review and enhance employee benefits, staff handbook and operational HR processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of broad HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders across diverse cultures.
• Strong commercial awareness, sound judgement and high integrity.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms, specifically SAP SuccessFactors.
