Regional IT Service Delivery Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Lead to oversee IT service delivery and technology initiatives across the APAC region. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure services are aligned with business needs, delivered effectively and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT requests and initiatives across APAC, reviewing, prioritising and tracking demands based on business priorities.
• Support planning, governance and delivery of IT projects, establishing processes, monitoring scope, timelines, budgets and risks.
• Ensure IT services meet agreed service levels, monitor SLAs/OLAs, act as main contact for incidents and major escalations, and drive problem management and service improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
• IT service management certification and proven experience in IT service delivery or similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
