Regional IT Support Lead – APAC

About the role

Adyen is looking for a Regional IT Support Lead for APAC to build and lead a best‑in‑class support function across the region. Based in Singapore, you will manage a distributed team of five engineers and support staff in Singapore and Bengaluru, driving the overall IT experience for all APAC offices.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute short‑, medium‑ and long‑term support strategies aligned with global business goals.
• Supervise, mentor and develop a distributed team of five engineers and support staff.
• Set clear performance goals, delegate tasks and manage outcomes using Adyen’s leadership framework.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class support experience, ensuring high technical resolution standards.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual toil.
• Plan, scope and agile‑execute support improvement projects, managing timelines and budgets.
• Make architectural and tooling decisions that fit the broader business strategy.
• Partner with senior regional management to translate business needs into actionable technical projects.
• Collaborate with Business Enablement, HR, Compliance, Procurement and Workplace Experience for seamless employee experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of people‑management experience in IT support, technical support or engineering.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop talent, driving high performance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to empower the team in stakeholder interactions.

Required skills

• Deep experience with cloud tools and identity providers such as Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf and Slack.
• Hands‑on management of MacOS environments.
• Proficiency with ticket management systems, data analysis and scripting/automation to reduce manual workloads.
• Knowledge of meeting‑room equipment (Logitech, Zoom Rooms) and observability tools like Grafana.
