Regional Marketing Manager – Asia

About the role

Workato is seeking a creative and driven Regional Marketing Manager for the Asia region. You will design and execute demand‑generation and lead‑generation programs that build pipeline and brand awareness across multiple markets. The role combines strategic planning, event management, content creation and digital marketing to position Workato as a leading enterprise integration platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns to accelerate sales pipeline.
• Plan and execute in‑person and virtual events, webinars, and customer gatherings.
• Lead account‑based marketing initiatives targeting strategic enterprise prospects.
• Create and manage content, community‑building activities, and digital marketing assets.
• Identify and collaborate with third‑party publications and partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Work closely with Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success to drive pipeline and expand accounts.
