Regional Marketing Manager – HVAC (Southeast Asia & Oceania)

About the role

The Regional Marketing Manager for HVAC will lead Samsung's Air Conditioner business across Southeast Asia and Oceania. Working closely with subsidiaries and the Suwon headquarters, you will shape and execute marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C segments, driving brand awareness, lead generation and sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align regional marketing strategy with global direction and brand guidelines.
• Support subsidiaries in localising global plans and creating B2B‑focused assets such as digital content, brochures and use‑case documents.
• Plan and execute regional partner conferences, industry events and multi‑touchpoint campaigns.
• Manage the SEAO AC marketing budget, procurement process and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with the Suwon office to cascade and localise marketing assets, maintaining a central asset library.
• Monitor competitor activity, analyse market trends and report campaign performance.
• Explore new marketing technologies and techniques to stay ahead in both B2B and B2C markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, preferably across B2B and B2C.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Strong communication, budgeting and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Performance marketing, including paid digital campaigns.
• Social media advertising and marketplace/e‑commerce optimisation.
• Basic graphic design using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
• Budget management and campaign performance tracking.
• Vendor management for creative agencies.
