Regional Marketing Manager, Travel Retail APAC & SEA-Oceania

About the role

Make Up For Ever, a professional makeup brand within a global beauty group, is hiring a Regional Marketing Manager for its travel retail business across the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia-Oceania regions. Based in Singapore, the role develops and executes marketing and digital strategies to grow brand growth and sales in the travel retail channel, involves travel within the region, and reports directly to the Regional General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run a regional marketing strategy, 360 marketing plans and omnichannel campaigns (e-commerce, social media, CRM), including product forecasting for Travel Retail APAC & SEA-Oceania.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of marketing and digital professionals.
• Turn market trends, consumer insights and competitive intelligence into growth opportunities and better campaigns.
• Align with HQ, commercial leads, retail, merchandising and supply chain teams.
• Manage the marketing and digital budget to maximise ROI.
• Build relationships with vendors, key retailers and airport authorities to secure premium locations and marketing support.
• Run in-store activations, promotional events and digital campaigns to drive footfall.
• Track, evaluate and report marketing performance to the Regional General Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or another field.
• At least 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG or luxury goods.
• Proven track record of marketing strategies that drive sales growth and brand awareness.
• Team leadership and coaching experience.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret data and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to understand market dynamics and cultural nuances across APAC and SEA-Oceania.
