Regional Marketing Specialist

About the role

Patsnap, a global pre-IPO company that helps organisations use its intellectual property and research and development productivity through domain-specific AI, is hiring a Regional Marketing Specialist in Singapore. The role covers marketing events and content for markets including Singapore, South Korea and Australia, working with sales teams, internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver events on time. It is an in-office position, with the office next to Kent Ridge MRT station.

Key responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver industry conferences, exhibitions, seminars, webinars and other marketing events tailored to local market needs and key account initiatives.
• Coordinate event preparation and execution with internal teams, partners and vendors, managing timelines, budgets, venues, speaker invitations and on-site arrangements.
• Work with sales teams on lead handoffs and follow-up, track event promotion, compile performance data and run post-event reviews.
• Plan and produce content for online and offline events, including speaker bios, promotional copy, speaking materials and presentation decks.
• Produce content for ongoing marketing activities such as email marketing, tailored to each regional market.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing event planning, execution, content marketing or a related role, covering one or more regional markets such as Singapore, South Korea or Australia.
• Ability to independently plan and deliver marketing events and manage multiple projects on time.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Strong writing, structured thinking and information synthesis skills, including event promotional copy, speaking materials and marketing emails.
• Strong written and spoken English for cross-regional collaboration.
• Communication, collaboration, hands-on approach and attention to detail.
• Nice to have: an academic background in intellectual property or professional experience in the IP sector, and proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
