About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of UPS and industrial power solutions across Singapore and the wider region. The role involves developing strategic accounts, delivering tailored energy‑efficient solutions, and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic accounts for industrial power and UPS systems across regional markets.
Execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with customer business goals to drive long‑term partnerships and regional expansion.
Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead identification and RFQ management to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored, energy‑efficient solutions.
Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging market trends and growth areas.

Required profile

Degree in engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
5–10 years of sales experience in UPS, industrial power systems, and related solutions.
