Regional Senior Director of Operations – Asia & Middle East

About the role

This newly created senior leadership position oversees Operations across Asia Pacific and the Middle East for a globally recognised professional services organisation. Reporting to a Global Operations leader, you will shape and execute the regional operations strategy, set priorities and drive continuous improvement across a multi‑country footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement regional operational governance, business continuity and workplace strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and large‑scale facilities projects, including office relocations and refurbishments.
• Lead space utilisation optimisation, workplace modernisation programmes and other transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with country leadership teams, senior business stakeholders and regional operations managers to ensure consistency and best‑in‑class employee and visitor experiences.
• Oversee regional budgets, service delivery standards and operational performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading regional operations, workplace, facilities or corporate services in a professional services or large global matrix environment.
• Proven track record managing multi‑country operations, significant budgets and complex transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across diverse cultures.
• High emotional intelligence, commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new frameworks from the ground up.
