Regional Strategy and Partnerships Intern

About the role

The Regional Strategy and Partnerships Intern will work within Applied Materials' South East Asia Regional Office, supporting projects that connect teams and stakeholders across the region. This role offers hands‑on experience in corporate strategy, research, and collaborative project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analysis: gather insights and develop recommendations for regional initiatives.
• Partnership and stakeholder support: prepare meetings, conduct background research, and manage follow‑up communications.
• Project coordination: track activities, timelines, materials and outstanding actions for regional projects.
• Briefings and communications: create presentations, briefing materials, reports and written updates for diverse audiences.
• Process improvement: identify workflow and reporting enhancements, including digital solutions.

Required profile

• High agency and strong sense of ownership; proactive and resourceful.
• Intellectually curious with the ability to research unfamiliar topics.
• Capable of turning ambiguous issues into clear slides and written updates.
• Dependable, organized and attentive to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
