Regional Supply Chain Excellence Senior Analyst (APAC)

About the role

The Regional Supply Chain Excellence Senior Analyst (Infectious Diseases) will own finished‑goods supply planning and order fulfilment for the APAC region, ensuring on‑time delivery to affiliates and distribution markets. The role works closely with supply sites, global planning and customer service teams to drive performance and support new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Own APAC supply chain KPIs and lead operational execution of order fulfilment, allocation, transport planning and block resolution.
• Drive weekly order fulfilment meetings with global planning, customer service, affiliates and distributors.
• Consolidate regional replenishment plans, submit to global supply chain and govern inter‑country allocation decisions.
• Manage supply constraints, define escalation protocols and coordinate cross‑country risk and crisis response.
• Define and execute the regional automation roadmap for WMS, TMS and demand‑planning initiatives, leading digital transformation.
• Standardise technology platforms and data frameworks, automate processes to reduce manual effort and errors.
• Provide performance reporting through regional dashboards and support inventory strategy reviews to optimise safety stock and working capital.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for new supply chain systems, delivering training and maintaining master data.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, demand forecasting, supply planning or order fulfilment at a regional level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of advanced stock control, MRP, S&OP, capacity planning and inventory classification.
• Proven ability to manage new‑product transitions, minimise excess inventory and allocate limited supply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across cultures and fluency in English.
• Experience in the healthcare industry and APICS or similar certification is preferred.
